“Shipyard By Spinnaker Resorts provides a well-appointed base for a Hilton Head stay, with spacious villas and excellent beach and pool access set amidst lush, tropical surroundings. While the property itself is commended for its amenities, the administrative handling of deposits proved an unfortunate point of friction that marred an otherwise pleasant experience. My assessment is that the physical accommodations are strong, but customer service processes need significant refinement.”
